Please provide all necessary information shown in our design model. 3.Please double confirm the engraving information you provided, because once they are engraved, it cannot be changed anymore. 4.Please also include your phone number together with your engraving information. When placing the order, customers just need to provide the information in the model chosen to us (such as initials, names, date…). The rest of work is ours. Production & Delivery: For production & engraving of sunglass & box, we generally need around 3-7 business days before we could ship it out. For delivery, we have two options shown as followed: 1.Standard shipping: it generally takes around 2-4 weeks for delivery after we send it out. Sometimes it’s faster than that, while sometimes it takes longer time. It might take longer time during global pandemic, Christmas & New Year, terrible weather conditions, etc. For more info, pls refer to our shipping policy. 2.Expedited express: besides standard shipping, we also provide expedited fast express, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEx… It is much faster than standard shipping.
