Nice early eyeglasses frame with large oval lenses. It is a thick frame & was made by ROW which stands for Rathenow Optische Werke, which was in the DDR. The model refers a bit to the ‘Lips’ design of Pierre Cardin in the 1960’s. These oval frames were getting mainstream in the 1970’s. The condition is NEW old stock.
