Original 80s metal frame aviator with black frame in a satin finish with dark green lenses which when worn actually just look like black. in our line of work, theres a pretty strong argument to say that these sunglasses are as essential & basic part of anybody’s wardrobe, as a white t-shirt or a pair of jeans. The only consideration is to assess whether this pair is the optimum shape or not. We would say it is because they were made in the late 80s when the ‘oversized’ goofy look had exited the scene & the shapes had reverted to the regular pilots size from WW2 where it all began. That shape just works, it always has & it always will. If you are in doubt, do a search for ‘aviator’ in our shop & compare everything on a single page grid & see if I’m wrong. The main selling point is that they are a pure black subtle satin finish frame thats consistent all over with no brand marks.
