Made at the turn of the 80s when the oversized look was calming down, these aviators have a traditional pilot teardrop shape & size. They have slightly unusual khaki coloured lenses which are still light enough to wear indoors without appearing like you’re hungover. This lens tone is particular to this period & we’re not to coy to point out, is considerably harder to source now, than it is to sell. The lenses are glass, as was still the case with some of the better quality sunglasses in the 70s, before plastics took over. Good overall vintage condition. The lenses are still in surprisingly good used condition. Small ‘iB’ logo on the left lens with no other markings visible. This is too obscure a manufacturer for even us to work out what it is. frame width (outside widest point): 143mm frame height: 58m temple length (from the hinge & including ear bend): 135mm bridge width: 17mm inside hinge to hinge: 139mm Shipping guidelines Uk combined up to 3 items for stated price. + 2 for each extra item.
