The Cazal 902 originally debuted in 1982, enjoying a popular 14 year run before being discontinued. in 2008, it was the 902 that lead to the renaissance of vintage Cazal sunglasses, when it was reissued by Dita Eyewear. Cazal originally promised Dita not to reissue the 902 themselves. When they eventually broke their promise, Dita took revenge by releasing the Grandmaster, whose temples were largely influenced by the Cazal 623. The rest is history. This is an incredibly rare original Cazal 902 manufactured in the first years, with the original box that was only included in the first runs. The 902 is probably the bossiest & easy to wear frame of the 900 series. The 24k Gold plated & Titanium frame perfectly brings out the curves & angles of the 902 & elegantly matches the brown gradient & plain brown lenses. Truly a wearable piece of art, meant to be passed on from generation to generation.
