Rather than throwing out an old (sometimes tattered) embroidered linen doily or table runner, it’s been upcycled into this eyeglass case. The doily used on this cute padded case has three big flowers that wrap from one side to the other. It’s lined with yellow vintage fabric in a heart pattern. It holds a pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses with plenty of room to spare. This doily was in pretty good shape. It only has one wear hole near the top opening, but it has been repaired. It also has a small stain of black dots, original from the doily. Embroidery still looks good. This is a one-of-a-kind glasses pouch that is extending the life of a piece of needlecraft that someone stitched many years ago.
